Deputy Mayor Nicole Kieley returned to the City of Mount Pearl council chamber this past Tuesday for the bi-weekly public meeting, exactly one year since she was hit by a car at Shoppers Drug Mart on LeMarchant Road in St. John’s severely injuring her.
